YOGA

Yoga is a series of poses that improve flexibility, strength and body awareness. Using specific breathing patterns with movement and focusing on the mind Yoga can bring a sense of calm and resilience for not only the physical body but also for the mental state. This helps with issues such as anxiety and depression.

Vinyasa

Natasha teaches a strength based Vinyasa style Yoga for clients wanting a faster paced workout but also a restorative style using the principles of Yin Yoga to help her clients unwind, rebalance and relax. This stress reducing technique can improve quality of sleep, enhance brain function and increase immunity. Natasha uses the principles of Yoga Nidra for meditation, relaxation and mindfulness
