Why choose Pilates?

Natasha uses Pilates to increase the fitness of her clients in addition to using a Pilates rehabilitation program to help with a  range of injuries such as shoulder, back and hip injuries. Pilates is also hugely beneficial for those wanting more of a holistic based work out, enhancing energy rather than depleting the body of energy (compared to many high intensity workouts). Pilates is a great way to enhance  your quality of life.

Matwork Pilates

Matwork Pilates discovered by Joseph Pilates is a series of exercises performed on the mat. These exercises can be adapted to suit an individual’s needs and wants accommodating for all levels of ability. Natasha looks at working with her clients to gain a real understanding of the exercises ensuring they are done correctly getting the most out of each session to achieve outstanding results.
