REFORMER PILATES 

Reformer Pilates is an equipment based Pilates program. This uses a carriage with springs and straps that provides varying resistance to enhance a Pilates workout. This on trend workout provides huge benefits such as flawless strength (particularly core strength) improving spinal alignment, balance and flexibility providing each client with an exciting and varying workout. Reformer Pilates is fantastic for weight loss, improving bone density, back pain and preventing injury in addition to supporting athletic performance.
